I have no idea what to do with this team. 12 team SF start 11 PPR TEP I finished 11/12 and already sold some pieces (Tua for a 26 1st, Mixon for the 1.10, etc.) QBs: TLaw, JJM, backups RBs: Guerendo, Benson, Wright, Vidal, Shipley, Pierce…so not much lol WRs: MHJ, JSN, Waddle, McMillan, Dell, Tillman, Diontae TEs: Hock, Gray 2025: 1.02, 1.10, 1.12, 2.02, 2.04, 2.11, 3.09 2026: (2) 1st, (2) 2nd, (3) 3rd 2027: (2) 1st, 2nd, 3rd What are my moves with this team? Who do I draft? Thank you! Note: I have an inbox offer of the 1.10 for Olave 🤷‍♂️ I’m pretty sure I could get Rashee Rice for something like Waddle + 1.12?

those were good deals and you are on right path. RB can be addressed in this class. WR is top heavy so I think if the value is there Egbuka or Burden would be fine. I like guys like Golden and Tre Harris too. TE class is this yr as well so you should be in prime position for Warren and Loveland would be a good value to have some youth behind Hock. QB is the main one. TLaw is a question mark can he achieve his ceiling we saw yr 2 and JJM is still a question mark but the weapons are there so high floor. if I was in your position I am probably trying to move some of those 26 1sts for an already established QB if you can

best bet may be just to draft best available.. best available rb with 1.02 and grab wr later.. can you get a two for one for wr...?

also wouldnt move any picks, even the 2nds, until closer to draft as they will gain more value and you have the leverage

tough call... i would try and go bigger if you going waddle and another wr ..or waddle and a pick.. whats the team that was in last place have or 10th place have

Good news is, this is a deep RB class and the TEs are good too and you have a crap ton of picks. I like the offer for Olave. He’s cheaper right now. Probably a good trade if you want another WR outside the draft. I don’t love the WRs this year. I’d look at the 1.01s roster And see what they need. If they don’t need or want an RB, jeanty could fall to you, but I like a trade up to go get him since you need a stud RB. Loveland at the 1.10 or trade for Olave. I’d seasonally take Olave over any WR in this class right now.

I would take Rice, but I think the offer is a little high. I would try Waddle and a 2nd for Rice. @SrySmthJxn
