I'm inclined to consider that if I'm rebuilding. Terry for a 1st, Mixon for a 2nd + Douglas. You could try to swap out Estime or Douglas for a different pick or throw in if you don't want them but overall, the value feels alright to me. Where exactly is that 2nd if it's in 2025?
